Chamber Develops Business Guide for Kapuskasing and area

April 16, 2015

(Kapuskasing) – The Kapuskasing & District Chamber of Commerce (KDCC), in collaboration with the Town of Kapuskasing and the Municipality of Moonbeam, is developing an all-new bilingual Business Guide/lure piece for the Kapuskasing area.

The objective is to shine a brighter light in the community by better promoting and showcasing what the district has to offer to its residents, visitors and potential investors. In addition to the Business Listings Directory, the guide, in its magazine format, will feature community profiles, things to see and do, what you need to know if moving to the area as well as highlight the district’s economic development efforts.

With a distribution of 10,000 copies, the Guide will circulate from Hearst to Timmins, in high-traffic areas, from hotels and restaurant, to airports and travel information centres. The guide will be an important reference tool not only for investment attraction trade shows and meetings attended by the Kapuskasing Economic Development Corporation, but also in our local households and businesses.

Members of the Chamber are listed in the Business Listings Directory for free.  If you are not a member and you wish to be included in the Directory, please contact Kelly at 705-335-2332 or Additional advertising opportunities are also available. The Guide is expected to be launched in June.
