ABOUT THE CHAMBER
The Kapuskasing & District Chamber of Commerce (KDCC) is a non-profit, member-driven organization that has served as the voice of the region’s business community since 1962. The KDCC is governed by an 10-member Board of Directors, which uses feedback and input from its 100 members and other community organizations to ensure that it continues to build a strong business climate through networking, information sharing, member programs and advocacy. To ensure municipal and economic development representation, the Board recently welcomed a Liaison Officer from the Town of Kapuskasing.
The KDCC offers a variety of services and products to its members and the broader business community, which include informational and networking events, member-to-member discounts , exposure and recognition, news and access to the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and Canadian Chamber of Commerce networks, and more!

Mandate, Mission &
The Kapuskasing and District Chamber of Commerce (KDCC) is located in Kapuskasing, Ontario and serves the business community from Opasatika to Fauquier. The KDCC was established in 1962, and continues to advocate on behalf of its more than 130 members. As a unified voice for the business community, we strive to provide business advocacy, networking, information-sharing and member programs.
The Kapuskasing and District Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to helping local businesses on every level and increasing their visibility locally and throughout the North. We’re dedicated to sharing all of the resources available in one platform. We support the development, promotion and improvement of trade and commerce as well as the economic, civic and social welfare of the district.
The KDCC is a non-profit organization made up of businesses, profesionals and community groups. It acts as a unified voice for business, enabling its membership to accomplish collectively what one individual cannot do easily. It is also a vehicle for action through which businesses can work together for the overall good of the communities we serve, which include Opasatika, Val Rita-Harty, Kapuskasing, Moonbeam and Fauquier.
